REFUND POLICY
At everythingmushroom.ca, we prioritize the satisfaction and well-being of our customers. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency in all transactions involving our products.
If you receive a shipment that does not match your order, kindly notify us within 48 hours of receipt by sending an email with detailed descriptions and/or pictures to everythingmushroom.ca@gmail.com. We will promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused. Additionally, you will need to provide proof of purchase and state the reason for your return.

DAMAGES & MISCELLANEOUS ISSUES: Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you inspect the items and contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damages, or if you have received incorrect items. This will enable us to promptly address the issue and rectify it to your satisfaction.
EXCHANGES: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
REFUNDS: Once we have examined your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please be aware that the processing time for refunds by your bank or credit card company may vary, and is beyond our control.
